What a quote covers
- Quantity. The unit price moves with the number, so tell us the number first.
- The mix. Candle kits, ear discs, otoscopes and ear cameras can all go on one quote.
- Timing. Our standard is dispatch within 2 working days, then delivery within 7 working days by tracked courier. If you need it by a date, say so when you ask and we will tell you plainly whether it can be met.
- Delivery. Included in the quote for the whole order, not added per line.
A wholesale enquiry does not reserve stock or create a paid order. We will send the quote and the purchase terms before you decide.
What we can quote on
- Ear candle kits in bulk. The 150 kit is the largest retail size; anything above that is quoted.
- Protective ear discs in packs of 10 and 20, or by the carton.

That is the range. We do not run a private-label programme and we do not distribute other brands, so if you need drops, curettes or suction devices we are not the supplier for that part of your shelf.

Standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days and then delivered in up to 7 working days by tracked courier across the United States. A bulk order is quoted with its own lead time.

Which kit size should I buy?
The 40 suits a first try. The 60 is the usual household choice. The 100 and 150 are for regular users and treatment rooms.
Are the four kits the same candle?
Yes. Only the count and the number of free extras change.
How much is delivery?
Nothing. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend.
What currency are your prices in?
United States dollars. No sales tax is added at checkout.
