Who we are
Ear Candles USA sells ear candling kits, protective ear discs, a fibre optic otoscope and a USB ear camera, online, with free tracked delivery across the United States. We are a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. We have an administration office in Bedminster, New Jersey and an office in Buxton in the United Kingdom, and no showroom, which is part of why the prices are where they are.
The range
Four kit sizes of ear candles, from 40 up to 150, every one of them with bonus candles, ear discs and cotton buds included. Ear discs on their own, for topping up. A fibre optic otoscope and a USB camera pen for looking rather than poking.
How we talk about what we sell
Ear care is a subject where it is easy to overclaim, and this site used to. So here is our position in plain words.
Ear candling is a relaxation ritual. It does not remove ear wax, it does not treat tinnitus, it does not clear sinus pressure and it does not improve hearing. It is not for children. An otoscope and a camera let somebody look; neither diagnoses anything. None of the four things we sell is approved, certified or endorsed by any medical body, and none of them replaces a clinician.
If you have ear pain, discharge, hearing loss, ringing, grommets or a perforated eardrum, see a doctor.
The candles themselves
Hand rolled cones of unbleached cotton stiffened with natural beeswax, about 25cm long, with a printed line showing where to stop burning. They come in an assortment of colours and fragrances, so a pack is a mixture rather than one scent. Colours vary a little between batches.
Delivery and returns
Free tracked delivery on every order with no minimum. Candle kits and ear discs arrive in 5 to 7 business days; the otoscope and the camera take 10 to 14. We ship Monday to Saturday and allow one to two days to process an order.

Ear candle kits
Unbleached cotton and beeswax cones, about 25cm long, in kits of 40, 60, 100 and 150. Bonus candles, ear discs and cotton buds are in the price.
Protective ear discs
The flat foil circle that sits between the flame and your head, 8cm across, in packs of 10 and 20. One per candle, and not reusable.
Fibre optic otoscope
3x coated optical glass, a high intensity LED and reusable tips from infant to adult, in a hard case. For looking, not for clearing.
USB ear camera
A 5.5mm lens with an LED at the tip, on a 120cm cable, for Windows PCs and Android devices with OTG. Not compatible with iPhone or Mac.

Do you have a showroom?
No. We are online only, with an administration office in Bedminster, New Jersey and an office in Buxton in the United Kingdom.
What are your ear candles made of?
Unbleached cotton wrapped and stiffened with natural beeswax. No bleach and no plastic in the cone.
Do you sell metal picks, scoops or suction devices?
No. Anything rigid pushed into the canal out of sight is how eardrums get hurt.
What do doctors say about ear candling?
Audiology bodies generally advise against it. We would rather you read that here than find it elsewhere after you have bought from us.
