Change of mind is not a legal right in the United States, so the 15 days we give you from delivery is our own policy rather than a statutory return, and the goods have to come back in resaleable condition. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery. You cover the cost of returning it unless the item is faulty.
If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right at no cost to you, and the implied warranties that arise under your state's law are unaffected, return postage included. Those guarantees cannot be excluded.

The disc is the flat foil circle that sits on an ear candle between the flame and your head. The narrow end of the cone pushes through the slit in its centre, and the disc catches drips of wax and any ash that falls while the candle burns.
It is not optional. A candle used without a disc is how hot wax reaches skin and hair, and fitting one is the easiest safety step there is.
These are 8cm foil paper discs, the same in both pack sizes. The pack of 10 is a top up for a household; the pack of 20 is better value for regular use or a treatment room.
A disc reduces the risk of drips and falling ash. It does not make an open flame beside your head risk free, and the rest of the rules still apply: two people, water within reach, stop at the printed line, adults only.

How should I store them?
Flat, dry and out of the way. They do not expire.

Can I return it?
Yes, within 15 days of delivery, in original condition and original packaging. The original processing and shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are put right at our cost.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 15 days with a photograph and your order number and we will replace it or refund it.
Can I cancel an order?
Only before it has been processed and shipped. A cancellation we can still action carries a 5 percent processing charge.

What an ear disc does
The disc is the flat foil circle that sits on the candle between the flame and

the disc then catches drips of wax and any ash that falls.
It is not optional. A candle without a disc is how hot wax reaches skin and hair,
and it is the single easiest thing to get right.
Using one
Push the tapered end of the candle through the centre of the disc until the disc
sits about a third of the way up. Rest the candle at the opening of the ear with
the disc lying flat against the towel. Light the far end.
One disc per candle, and a fresh one each time. They are foil paper, they do not
burn, and they are not designed to be reused.
