What does the USB camera pen connect to?
Windows PCs, and Android phones and tablets that support USB OTG. It is not compatible with iOS or macOS.
Is the camera pen a medical device?
No. It is a consumer inspection camera. It does not diagnose anything and it does not replace an examination by a clinician.
Can I clean my ears with the camera pen?
It is sold so somebody can SEE the outer canal. Do not push the tip in and do not use the picks blind. Wax that will not come away needs a clinician.
What does the otoscope do?
It lets somebody look into an ear canal, with a 3x optical glass lens and a high intensity LED. It is for looking, not for clearing.
How long will my order take?
