This is an administration address, not a shop. We have no showroom and no counter, so please do not come to it expecting to buy or return anything in person.
Tracking an order
Tracking codes are emailed once the parcel is on its way, which is 24 to 48 hours after you order. If you have your code, use the tracking page.
Returns
The full terms are on the refunds and returns page. In short: 15 days, original packaging, proof of purchase, and your your rights under state consumer-protection law on top of that.

Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel ships, and there is a tracking page on this site.
Can I return something?
Within 15 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. The original processing and shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
What if my order is faulty or damaged?
Email us within 15 days with a photograph and your order number. We put it right at our cost and we pay the return postage.
Can I cancel an order?
Only before it has been processed and shipped. A cancellation we can still action carries a 5 percent processing charge.
