As part of this commitment, we provide free shipping from our warehouses in South East Asia, Thailand and the USA.

WE SHIP TO OVER 185 COUNTRIES

Our shipping distribution logistics are fine-tuned; therefore, we are able offer free international shipping to almost anywhere you are located.

There are however some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those rare countries, we will contact you after we receive your order. A full refund will be issued immediately should our shipping service not cover your country.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped.

By purchasing our product, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you from an international warehouse and may have custom fees applicable when they arrive to your country.

We always declare the correct value of your purchase on the commercial invoice or customs declaration. It is very rare that you will be charged GST, US Tax or VAT on your purchase as they are not high value items. However, we cannot guarantee that no tax charges will be levied as it largely depends on the discretion of the receiving countries import duty policies.

Occasionally some Yahoo and Gmail accounts are unable to receive our email. It’s also a good idea to whitelist our email address or check your Junk / Spam folder.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
